Mark Bayer, PE, has extensive experience in roadway design, maintenance of traffic design, drainage design, utility coordination, project management, and contract management.
Project Experience
Mark’s project experience includes major roadway reconstruction projects, such as widening from two lanes to four lanes, and minor design projects, including intersection improvements, resurfacing, sidewalks, and trail projects.
His projects involve safety improvements, drainage improvements, signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting, structures, geotechnical, environmental impacts, permitting, traffic control, specifications, quality control, and post-design services.
Mark works on a wide variety of projects every year in many roles, including Contract Manager, Deputy Contract Manager, Project Manager, QC Reviewer, Drainage QC Reviewer, Roadway QC Reviewer, TTCP QC Reviewer, MOT Roadway Engineer of Record, Roadway Engineer of Record, TTCP Engineer of Record, Roadway Senior Engineer, Roadway Design Engineer, and Roadway Peer Review.
