Marcello Tavernari, PE has extensive experience in various roles and responsibilities in the Roadway, Drainage, Utility, and Civil Engineering/Construction fields. Marcello’s experience includes managing and coordinating funding, planning, design, permitting, and construction activities for public roadway, stormwater, and utility projects. He ensures all project deliverables related to public safety, quality, cost, schedules, and public transparency standards are achieved.
Before joining Bayer United, Marcello grew progressively in responsibility from a senior design engineer at a local city to the Public Works Director / County Engineer overseeing multiple divisions and staff.
