Mark Bayer has experience in roadway design, maintenance of traffic design, drainage design, utility coordination, project management and contract management experience.  Mark’s project experience includes major roadway reconstruction projects such as widening from two-lanes to four-lanes to minor design project that include intersection improvements, resurfacing, sidewalks and trail projects. These projects involve safety improvements, drainage improvements, signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting, structures, geotechnical, environmental impacts, permitting, traffic control, specifications, quality control and post design services. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Central Florida. In his free time he enjoys traveling, boating, fishing and spending time outdoors with his family. 

Sarah Wright, PE

Sarah Wright has experience in all phases of roadway design projects and has been Project Manager on multiple FDOT projects. Her project experience includes rural and urban roadway reconstruction, interstate reconstruction, roundabout design, shared use path design, milling and resurfacing, and intersection improvements. These projects involve safety improvements, drainage improvements, signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting, structures, geotechnical, environmental impacts, permitting, traffic control, specifications, quality control and post design services. Sarah also has extensive knowledge in 3D modeling, and has developed models on multiple projects of varying complexity. Sarah graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She is a Florida native and in her free time Sarah enjoys playing water polo or beach volleyball and exploring local places in the Tampa Bay.

Reka Hendricks has 10 years of experience in leading and managing a multitude of various sized roadway design projects. Her experience includes new construction, reconstruction, interstate, safety improvements, and intersection improvements projects including roundabouts. She has knowledge in all phases of roadway design, plans production, quality control, and quality assurance review from the inception of a project through construction. Reka graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. In her free time she enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family.    

 

                 

Allie Stanley, PE

Allie Stanley has 5 years of experience in roadway design and a passion for 3D modeling. Allie has experience in a variety of projects ranging from minor intersection and pedestrian improvement projects to major highway and interstate reconstruction projects.  She specializes in roadway and pedestrian facilities design and plans production, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic, and pavement design.  She has 3D modeled various projects, including interstate milling and resurfacing projects and roundabouts.  Allie graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and cycling, time spent with her three children and husband, and exploring the outdoors. 

Melissa Mulvaney, PE

Melissa Mulvaney has 20 years of experience and has a passion for leading and managing drainage design on various roadway design projects, ranging from resurfacing and rehabilitation, sidewalk, trails, roundabout, intersection improvements, reconstruction/widening to interchange projects. Her project experience also includes design build. Melissa is experienced in designing stormwater management facilities, storm drain analysis, cross drain analysis, floodplain analysis, ditch design, nutrient loading analysis and permitting. She also has prepared pond siting reports, drainage design reports, base clearance reports, bridge hydraulics reports and has performed drainage connection permit reviews, ERC reviews, and flooding investigations. Melissa graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three children and husband, planting Florida native flowers in her garden, and enjoying the beauty of Florida/County parks. 

Ana Zea, PE

Ana Zea has 11 years of experience in drainage design. Her project experience includes safety improvements, resurfacing and rehabilitation, reconstruction/widening and interchange design in both design-bid-build and design-build project types.  Ana is experienced in basin analysis, modeling and design of stormwater management facilities, storm drain analysis and design, ditch design, nutrient loading analysis and drainage connection permit reviews. She has prepared drainage design and stand-alone reports for projects for FDOT.

Ana graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children as well as participating in her children’s extra-curricular activities. She also loves growing vegetables, plants and flowers and is most recently experimenting with butterfly gardening.

Gary Gaiotti

Chief Roadway Designer

Gary Gaiotti has over 40 years of experience in the civil field, beginning his career as a Survey Rod Man and then transitioned to Party Chief. Gary has previous experience working extensively with the Florida Department of Transportation within Roadway Design. Work on previous projects has included: design and plans production of multiple disciplines, including roadway, signing, lighting, signals, landscape, structural, automated quantities, and advanced 3D modeling for Roadway Designs. Additionally, he has extensive CADD experience and served as the Bentley Training Lead throughout his career and is currently training our staff in Corridor Modeling in Bentley Open Roads Designer. He also has experience in Animation projects using AutoDesk Infraworks, Bentley Connect “Concept Station”, and Bentley Connect LumenRT. In his free time, Gary enjoys family time, here in Florida, with his wife Robyn, daughter, son-in-law, and  four grand kids. He also enjoys the outdoors, especially fly fishing at their home in Wyoming.

Zachary J. Cross

Engineering Intern

Zachary Cross has 3 years of experience in drainage design. His project experience involves new construction, widening, resurfacing and safety improvements. He has experience with basin analysis, storm drain design, ditch design, and stormwater management facility design and modeling, as well as preparation of drainage design reports and permitting documentation.

Zach graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He enjoys traveling and trying new foods with his wife, playing tabletop games, and playing music.

Tim Easley, PE

Roadway Engineer

Tim Easley has over 7 years of experience in transportation design including new construction, widenings, rehabilitation projects, and intersection improvements.  He enjoys working with others to create innovative designs and learning new methods and strategies to improve his engineering skills. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida. When he is not on the clock, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors! 

Robin Crawford

Project Coordinator

Robin Crawford has 8 years of experience as a project coordinator. Her experience includes contract management, invoicing, preparing audit packages, and reviewing and maintaining financial records for projects. Robin is a Florida native still currently residing north of Gainesville. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, traveling and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys reading and baking.
